As a Bricks Royale player, you have the right to request deletion of all information associated with your game account. Please note that this deletion will also include your in-game purchases, progress, and event achievements, and once removed, the data cannot be recovered. However, after deletion, you can reset the game to Level 1 and begin again if you wish to continue playing.
The deletion process may take up to 7 days after your request is submitted. During this time, you can cancel the request within 5 days, but after that, it cannot be undone. A copy of your deletion request will be retained, and banned device IDs will also be stored to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service.
To request account deletion, tap the “Contact Us” button located at the top right corner of the screen, or tap “No” at the bottom of the screen and then choose “Contact Us.” When the chat window appears, simply type “Delete my account.”
