If you change to a new device during the subscription period, or if you want to log in through the web version, you can resume your subscription through the same subscription account. When trying to resume your subscription on a new device, try the following steps.
1. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple/Google/Line/Facebook account ID that you used to purchase the item.
2. Confirm that your subscription is active.
3. Redownload the latest version of the app to your new device or log in to the web version.
4. Log in and go to the PRO screen at the top right corner of the app.
5. Click the “Restore” button on the top right corner of the app.
